This is how I doodle!

I'm realizing more and more how much I need to practice drawing. yes we all have natural talents, but in order to improve on them we need to practice. I'm really going to try harder... now if only i can find more time! One thing I love to draw is women, I don't know why...I just do. We are beautiful creatures aren't we? Well this was inspired by a beautiful creature I met this past summer... Check out her blog!

Poetry in chains

Sometimes I am posted with a challenge..."Erika, Make me something!"

All I can say is bring on the challenge. With out challenges the creative mind can not expand and grow.

My great friend Angie, who is
a fabulous writer gave me just this challenge.

after picking through my bag of tricks (A.K.A. my Bead Kit)Angie found some beads, I added my chain...

and SUPREEEEZE!
 A fun new necklace!
